This is the most popular kind of ham in Spain, packing tons of flavor loaded with umami it is air cured for 24 months. Made from Landrace, Large White, Duroc, or Pietrain breeds. Serrano ham is complex and addictive not to be confused with prosciutto. It is crafted with artisanal methods hundreds of years old. Enjoy it with some cantaloupe and wine. As it is cured for two years, it is not perishable. It can be kept at room temperature on your kitchen counter covered with a clean kitchen towel. Gluten and Lactose free.
