Black Garlic Dip-Spread. Handmade 8oz
We start with perfectly ripened black garlic made from solo garlic, a one-clove-per-head garlic original from the foothills of the Himalayas in Yunnan. We then work it into a paste with extra virgin olive oil and spices and finish it by fusing it with creamy cheese, for an almost perfect, smooth consistency. Tangy, sweet and with plenty of umami to go around, this black garlic cheese dip-spread is bound to be a crowd-pleaser.
