Roasted chicken marinated overnight in a mojo criollo, joins the party with traditional lima beans, olives, garlic, and roasted bell pepper. Piquillo peppers, peas, imported saffron, rosemary and short-grain rice. Options are 1.- Chicken drummettes-wings & boneless skinless chicken thighs (default). 2.- Boneless skinless chicken thighs only. 3.- Boneless skinless chicken thighs and chicken gizzards-hearts. 4.- Chicken-Chorizo. Local chef-crafted, authentic tapas & paellas made from scratch using fresh products from local producers.

Chef Lippe

Chef Lippe is a cheese affineur, a charcutier, former restaurateur pastaiolo. He has been aging cheese to perfection and purveying to clients since 2010. Chef Lippe chose Vero Beach as his home in 2016 seeking a less frenetic pace than South Florida. He crafts handmade fresh mozzarella with milk from Florida farms, cheese spreads, antipasto and his partner Rain hand stuffs large Spanish Queen olives with Italian blue cheese.
